Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers in the EU have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

Conditions for Return
Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for return.
Please include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
