Shipping Policy

1. General Information

The following shipping policy governs the delivery of goods by our company. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Delays

The delivery times stated in our shop (e.g., “Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days”) are estimates only and may vary due to external factors. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, high demand, customs clearance, or force majeure events. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days. If the order is not delivered within this period, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.

Claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.

3. Shipping Costs & Carriers

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier at our discretion. The customer has no right to request a specific shipping carrier.

If an order is split into multiple shipments, the customer will not incur additional shipping fees.

4. Transfer of Risk & Liability for Shipment

  • For consumer purchases (B2C), the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer only upon delivery.
  • For business purchases (B2B), the risk transfers to the buyer as soon as the shipment is handed over to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must report it to us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the item at their own expense, provided this is specified in the withdrawal policy. The original shipping cost will only be refunded for the cheapest standard shipping option. Returns must be sent to the return address specified by us.

6. Refused Shipments & Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer refuses delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for a reshipment or issue a refund excluding shipping costs.

7. Customs Fees & International Deliveries

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or regulatory inspections.

8. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, government orders). In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Payments already made will be refunded.

9. Changes to the Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
