How do i attach the lamp?
The PosingLamp features a strong magnetic clip that can be attached to almost any metal equipment in the gym.
How do I change the color and brightness of the light?
By clicking the middle button, you can cycle through all the color and brightness settings. Holding the button down for a longer period switches to the flash mode, which is ideal for videos.
Can I turn on only one of the arms?
Yes, there are two additional buttons next to the middle button, on the left and right. You can use these to control each arm individually, which is great for the spotlight function.
How do I charge the lamp and how long does the battery last?
With the included USB-C cable, the lamp can be fully charged within an hour. The battery lasts between 4 to 6 hours.
